Olivia, who has greeted me many times is fantastic, enthusiastic and always smiling. On a hot day I was drying my car, and two young gentleman offered me a cold bottle of water and reminded me to stay hydrated. I haven’t seen real customer service in quite a while. It was a great experience.

I wish I could give them 10 stars out of five! I got a car wash today and was able to speak with her detailing expert about a Very serious car Sapp problem. We have a very annoying tree that drips sap all the time all over everything. My car had been parked under it for a week because we had been on vacation so it COVERED in tree sap… Which we all know is basically impossible to remove without hours of scrubbing, even with those trees Sapp removal sprays. He was able to get all the sap off and return my car to beautiful condition. I would highly recommend the car wash and their services! I will be back as soon as I use up the prepaid car washes I have at my other car wash, I will be switching to this place!

I got my car washed here yesterday and it was great! Free vacuuming at the end too :) My husband and I were there to wash and vacuum our VW Atlas after our beach vacation and we were so pleased with our wash. The owner/manager came out and pre washed our car since the front was covered in bugs from traveling. Then we had the actual car wash and at the end we all pop out of the car to start vacuuming and the owner/manger came over and gave us all bottled water bc it was such a hot day. Then he offered to spray the floor mats off, for free, since he saw my kids vacuuming them. Definitely will come back

this car wash place crack my windshield and I had made a complaint and he told me to come by and I did and he tried to blame construction when I don't drive construction or even on the main streets to get to work. I live 3 minutes from my job and don't drive anywhere else and the day I chose to get a car wash which I only twice , once a month my windshield started to crack right in front of my face on 57 degree weather in the morning with no construction, no traffic. i let go on how my car didn't get properly washed and had nun but stretches when I just got this car and damage to my front bump but this crack on my windshield is something that just can't be fix and the hotter it gets it is a safety hazard to me and my two kids if it would to shatter I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF I COULD

I brought my car to Crystal Clean Car Wash on Columbia Ave and I'm so glad I did! I got the Best Plus Interior package and the crew did an amazing job vacuuming, dusting the dash, and wiping down my windows. They provide the absolute best service over any commercial car washes because they actually take their time and care about the results. The staff and owner are incredibly professional and attentive, even checking over the car to make sure no spots were missed. This family-owned business really provides a personal touch. Highly recommend!
